The comfort of the hotel, and the fact that it's surrounded by so many eating places, and the kindness of the hotel staff is excellent all of them. And of course the pictures on the website looks very good but the rooms are bigger than you show them. Most of the rooms are bigger than some hotels that charge more and the rooms are not as big as the ones you have. Show more size of the rooms. It will attract more visitors. Have a great day!

I have been very impressed with this hotel. My family and I stayed here for four nights over the Christmas period. The location is very convenient, around nine minutes walk to the subway. The same station also has the JFK air train for easy access to the airport. The hotel room is clean and comfortable and has all the basic necessities. The location is not noisy. The staff are very helpful. I will definitely return.

Location near airport and local trains into de city, cleaniness, value, staff. Reception offered coffee and snacks while waiting for our room.

Spacious clean room close to Jamaica station. I like the little ethnic food shops, even if they’re completely grubby.

Not so many reviews not to mention some of the bad reviews for this property which made me hesitant to proceed with the booking but I took my chances being close JFK airport and reasonable price. It turns out it was clean and conforming considering the location of the property.

The room was clean and well-organized; large, comfortable beds; coffee/tea available at the reception; luggage storage provided. Our flight was delayed, and the hotel did a late check-in. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Room was big clean and beds very comfortable. Curtains worked, bathroom also clean, coffee maker worked Very convenient for the AirTrain stop - really easy to get directly into JFK.

I had an amazing stay at Red Roof Inn Plus Jamaica! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. Exceptional service all around. I highly recommend staying here!
